How to track an order?

In order to track an order delivery status, simply copy and paste your
parcel number in the search field.

What if i can't track my order ?

In the event that you find yourself unable to track your order delivery status, please be sure to contact our customer service. The link will be provided at the bottom of this page.

Don't have or lost a parcel number?

Both could be the results of a technical issues. Please send us an email or get in touch with our sales representatives. Usually a parcel number is delivered 72 hours upon making a purchase.

How long does it take to deliver a product?

On average, it takes anywhere between 21 to 30 business days for a package to be delivered to the intended shipping address.

Can i change my delivery address?

A delivery address can only be changed within the first 48 hours after purchase is made. Beyond this point, we will hardly be able to comply with your request.

How much does shipping cost ?

Shoppers can benefit from two different shipping rates: Standard shipping and Free shipping. You can unlock the free shipping rate if your total is above $100. We charge a flat rate fees for any order quantity as long as it’s below $100.

Can i cancel an order?

We allow shoppers to request a 75% partial refund from the initial payment as long as it does not exceed the first 48 hours after they complete the checkout.

Can i return a product?

Because all sales are final, we recommend you carefully read the product description before securing the bag.
